All items will be packaged with care and shipped out usually within 3-5 business day(s). Shipment information will be emailed to you once your items have been shipped. Once your item has been shipped, the status will show "Shipped", this simply means that Ive shipped it, not that the item is delivered at your address. You may be able to see information on your shipment at http://USPS.com.
You should not expect for the USPS website to update with any information till usually after you get your package. The USPS tracking system is horrible and not accurate at all for USPS First Class.
I ship items out once per week, usually at around 5pm central time, but this varies based on my work schedule for my real job. Sometimes Ill be able to ship your order out the same day.
Most items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days) for US domestic customers and USPS First Class International for international customers. I can also upgrade your shipping to overnight shipping for US customers or Priority or Express for International customers if youd like to pay for the shipping cost. I can send an invoice if youd like to do this. I can do FedEx shipments. USPS First Class International shipments include a customs form number but no tracking. You need to pay extra for express international if you want to be able to track your item. You can estimate how much this is at USPS.com. We ship internationally for $7.50 on all items, if you dont see your country in the available shipping options, just ask for a quote (it will still be free) :)
Returns
Returns are accepted on items that are in the same condition as they were when shipped out. If an item is damaged it may not be returned, only working parts will be credited for return value.
Return payments will be handled in the following way:
- Full refund in Store Credit (Gift Certificate) Value
- Full value minus 20% Restocking fee for cash payment returns
For example, if a $75 laser is returned due to damage done to the laser diode, Only the diode has been broken, so the customer would get $75 - $18.72 for the diode = $56.28 in return value. The customer has a choice and can receive this $56.28 in store credit for an exchange or for other purchases, or $56.28 * 80% = $45.02 in cash payment returned to customer.
