I am selling Brand New 650nm 20x DVD Burner Long Open Can Laser pressed into an Aixiz Module. It is a 650nm diode (fits a 12x30mm Laser Module case). You will need to solder this to a laser driver or other current source to use it. Read up on making a laser from this laser diode in this very informative thread on LPF. BEWARE this laser is VERY VERY dangerous and will burn your eyes making you blind if you ever look into it, so DONT.
This is a 650nm diode laser. I will package the laser an anti-static bag as to protect it from static electricity, place that bag in another zip lock bag to prevent any possible weather damage and ship it in a protected bubble wrap mailer. Do not hesitate to email me with any questions.


I recommend driving these at 380mA to get a high power at around 180-300mW, and have a stable long life. Heat sinking is recommended for high currents, and using a short Duty Cycleis recommended as well. These diodes can be pushed further but do so on your own risk. Check out this Current vs. Power graph made by DrLava. Each diode varies but this gives you a general idea of what power you will get at a specific current.
